The Wintertime Park Sidewalk Artwork Competition is a free of charge event kicks off currently (March 18) and runs by March 20. On Friday and Saturday, the artwork fest commences at 9 a.m. to 6 p.m and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
