Seven Seas Food Festival returns to SeaWorld San Antonio, starting on March 25, 2022, with 100 international flavors and all-new tastes to sample.

Each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from March 25-May 30, the park’s culinary team will put big, bold flavors on display in a festival that’s more delicious than ever. This year’s offerings are inspired by cultures “from across the Seven Seas,” creating a journey of international delights.
Culinary and mixologist teams have been hard at world to bring the tastes of Ireland, Sicily, Italy, Brazil, Asia, and the always popular Caribbean, plus more, to 24 festival marketplaces. Sample more than 50 global tastings and 50 specially curated cocktails, wines, and craft beers, many of which are new.
What’s new for 2022
Quatro Formaggio (Italy) – Plant-based pizza with olive oil, garlic, basil, mozzarella, ricotta, provolone, parmesan, and red chili flakes.
Caramel Chocolate Chip Cannoli Siciliana (Italy) – Plant-based cannoli.
Caramel Apple (France) – Sliced apples, caramel, butter crumble, and vanilla whipped cream.
Jackfruit Bulgogi Bowl (Korea) – Marinated jackfruit, rice, carrots, cucumber, radish, scallion, cilantro, mint, and sesame seeds topped with red chili aioli. This is a plant-based option.
Chocolate Cherries & Cream Crepe (France) – Plant-based chocolate crepe filled with cherries and topped with powdered sugar and vanilla whipped cream.
