Unreserved Food Bazaar
JW Marriott Bonnet Creek has opened its Unreserved Foodstuff Bazaar, a food items corridor-model restaurant less than the supervision of chef Peter Kunstek. Chef Juan “Danny” Otero, also known as Chef D.O.C., has opened Mi Cocina by Chef D.O.C. on Superior Households Road in Orlando. Otero is a former government chef at RusTeak Cafe & Wine Bar and Teak Community Grill. Taking care of the entrance of the property in the new restaurant is Otero’s spouse, Ana D. Otero Salazar, who could or may not go by her personal initials.
