Universal Beijing One-Year Anniversary Activities and Surprises
All this month, guests will notice anniversary flags all along the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and around the park, LED screens showcase anniversary highlights, immersing everyone in the celebration. Then, on Sept. 20, 2022, Universal Studios will hold a ceremony to celebrate its anniversary with park guests.
Specially-designed anniversary products have also been created to mark the occasion – including an anniversary-themed cupcake.
Guests can collect limited-edition Anniversary Exploration Stamps (as well as unlock hidden surprises) with the Passport to Exploration. After collecting all ten stamps, guests will have the opportunity to win an Anniversary Limitation Stamp from the Darkroom in Hollywood. The Anniversary Limitation Stamp is only applicable for Passports purchased after Sept. 15, 2022, and is limited to 10,000 (while supplies last).
Online Social Activities Unlock Fan Benefits
- On Sept. 5, 2022, the resort launched a social media campaign, inviting fans to share favorite memories, photos, and videos from the resort’s opening year on the social media platform RED. Those who participate will not only have the opportunity to be invited to Universal Beijing Resort’s One-Year Anniversary Celebration on Sept. 20, 2022, but could also have their photos selected for display on LED screens across the park.
- On Sept. 13, 2022, the resort launched an anniversary quiz event on its official WeChat Mini program. Guests can unlock a new section of questions on one themed land every day, with opportunities to win park tickets. Users who complete the mission will not only light up the First Anniversary Digital Badge of Universal Beijing Resort but can earn a chance to win discount coupons redeemable on admission products.
Universal Beijing One-Year Anniversary Ticket Offers and Packages
The resort is offering special value pricing for 1.5-Day Dated Tickets (at 25% of the regular price), Three-Visit General Admission Tickets (at close to 50% of the cost of three single-day tickets), and Staycation Packages, all of which are available to book from Sept. 13-30, 2022 (in limited quantities and while supplies last).
The Universal Beijing Resort One-Year Anniversary Staycation Packages (Premium and Value) include hotel accommodations, breakfast, all the benefits of the Universal Studios Beijing 1.5-day Dated Ticket, and early park admission. The Premium package can be booked through the official Universal Beijing Resort App and WeChat Mini program, while the Value package can be booked through officially authorized partners (including Ctrip, Meituan, and other major travel platforms).
