Pho 813, a Millenia-spot outpost of a cafe out of Tampa (therefore the 813), does not look like considerably from the outdoors. In actuality, sitting down in between a Chipotle and a Zöe’s Kitchen area in a smaller outbuilding in front of a SuperTarget, Pho 813’s facade appears to be somewhat bland.
But inside is vivid and pleasant, and so were the staff members when I frequented. Even better: the food stuff was all very very good.
