4 Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen is hosting a whiskey pairing dinner on Thursday, Aug. 18, at 6 p.m. that includes Redwood Empire Whiskey. Chef Sheby Farrell has set collectively a 4 course menu with blends, bourbons and ryes. Expense is $150 for every person plus tax and gratuity or $500 for a group of 4. Tickets here.

As you may know, the Walt Disney Globe Swan and Dolphin Food items & Wine Typical is Nov. 11 and 12 and there is a distinctive VIP Champagne and Dessert Occasion prepared for that Saturday evening at the new Swan Reserve. The resort’s accredited sommeliers are matching sparklers to the govt pastry chef’s creations from 8:30 to 10 p.m. and the night will end with an soon after party in the 15th ground ballroom with sights of Disney fireworks.
