Disneyland Resort has announced their full line-up of summertime fun for guests staying at the resort’s hotels, from pool parties to early access to Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Along with the convenience of staying “in the magic” at a Disneyland Resort hotel, guests staying at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel will receive special benefits that add to the summer season fun.

From July 1-August 31, 2022, onsite guests can beat the heat at half-hour-long pool parties that take place at all three resort hotels. Disney’s “pool squad” brings on the fun with games such as the water sponge rally and floaty toss, all set to high-energy dance music. Disney characters will be on hand, too, and attendees may just learn how to do the “Pluto doggie paddle” dance.
Early Entry into the parks
Enjoy shorter wait times at the rides and attractions with Early Entry, which allows hotel guests to visit Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure Park each day, starting 30 minutes before regular park opening. This perk kicks in starting on August 8.
Dedicated entry locations
Guests staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel can use the new entrance to Disney California Adventure Park near Corn Dog Castle; those staying at the Grand Californian Hotel can enter California Adventure through their own park entrance near Grizzly Peak; and guests at the Disneyland Hotel can use the monorail for transportation into Tomorrowland at Disneyland park.

Coming soon, this new perk gives priority to onsite guests when making a reservation at select table service restaurants. A starting date has not yet been announced.

Paddleboard Yoga
Along with the summertime benefits, onsite hotel guests can take part in activities, get notification on their smartphone when their room is ready and use their phone as the key to open their hotel room door, enjoy package delivery on purchases, and take advantage of meal service delivery from restaurants in the Downtown Disney District.
Disney’s Grand Californian hotel offers guests several options at the Tenaya Stone Spa, including body, hair, and nail treatments, and the new 80-minute Gemstone Sparkle Facial complete with oils, gemstones, and a diamond collagen mask.
Tenaya Stone Spa also features 30-minute fitness classes such as Disney Ears Yoga, Paddleboard Yoga, and Paddleboard Fitness.
Save on summertime bookings
Guests making hotel reservations can save up to 25 percent on select rooms at all three Disneyland Resort hotels when booking most Sunday-Thursday visits of four nights or more from August 7 – September 29, 2022. The reservation window for these bookings is open now through September 22.
