Dharma Southern Kitchen area is a vegan restaurant in the Milk District’s Sector on South that opened in 2015. Chef/Operator Shaun Noonan shares his recipe for Fried Green Tomatoes, which utilizes a cornstarch slurry in place of the standard egg clean.
