CityArts gets spooky on Thursday

If you are wanting to extend your spooky encounters this year, then this function is for you! The Día de los Muertos & Monster Occasion Artwork Exhibition is back again for its lucky 13th calendar year at CityArts Orlando this week.

This is a gallery evening showcasing Day of the Useless and Halloween-impressed art manufactured by local and worldwide artists. Friends will be in a position to check out artistry relevant to sugar skulls, ofrendas and classic Mexican customs created from the Casa De Mexico and the Mexican Consulate of Orlando.

On the other hand, artwork is not the only matter on offer you. Hearty fare will be served up by Tamale Co. Mexican Street Foodstuff that will definitely have you salivating for extra.

In the meantime the upstairs gallery will be staging a Monster Ma … (ahem) Monster Manufacturing unit featuring horror- and Halloween-themed artwork from a bevy of artists.
