City seeks festival’s return, Pharrell cites ‘toxic energy’

VIRGINIA Seashore, Va. – Virginia Beach front leaders want Pharrell Williams to bring his preferred Something in the Water pageant back again upcoming year, but the musician is reluctant, declaring a “toxic energy” has run the town for also long and he wishes the city took a much more proactive stance after a police officer fatally shot his cousin.
