A new musical ‘Winnie the Pooh’ books a New York stage

NEW YORK – Disney’s legendary “Winnie the Pooh” will vacation from the forest to locate a dwelling off-Broadway this tumble.

“Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Adaptation” will carry collectively Pooh, Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Tigger, and the gang in a new generation formulated by Jonathan Rockefeller.

The clearly show will aspect songs by the Grammy-winning Sherman Brothers with more audio from A.A. Milne, and will be told applying daily life-measurement puppetry. Richard and Robert Sherman have composed tunes for Disney classics “Mary Poppins,” The Jungle Book” and “The Aristocats.”
